“Major tourism destinations, including Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Preah Sihanouk, and other tourism sites, continue to operate normally and remain fully open to warmly welcome visitors, with safety and security duly ensured,” the ministry stated.
Tourism officials said they were willing to provide factual updates to ensure that international media and diplomatic missions disseminate accurate and balanced information. This cooperation is intended to help tourists make informed decisions about their travel plans to the kingdom.
The ministry urged the public, foreign diplomats, and the media to share information responsibly to accurately reflect the true situation on the ground. AKP
