Phnom Penh: On the afternoon of Thursday, June 11, 2026, His Excellency Chhay Vanna, a member of the Senate, presided over a warm and cordial reception for the Hajj delegation (pilgrims who performed the Hajj) of the Good Source Association of Cambodia, who safely returned to the Kingdom of Cambodia via Techo International Airport at 4:20 p.m.
The Hajj delegation was led by His Excellency Taher Oumer, Advisor to the Ministry of Interior and President of the Good Source Association. The delegation consisted of 50 members, including staff, religious leaders, and teachers of the Good Source Association of Cambodia. Their return followed the successful completion of the Hajj pilgrimage and a safe journey back to their homeland, bringing great joy and gratitude (Alhamdulillah).
On this auspicious occasion, His Excellency Chhay Vanna offered prayers to Allah Almighty, asking Him to bestow peace, blessings, prosperity, well-being, and good health upon all members of the Hajj delegation, both during their journey home and throughout their daily lives. He also prayed that their devotion and sacrifices in performing the Hajj would be accepted as a “Hajj Mabrur” (an accepted and rewarded Hajj) and that they would receive abundant blessings and rewards from Allah Almighty.
