(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធាន គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការត្រួតពិនិត្យផលិតផលហាឡាលកម្ពុជា «គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក.» ដោយមានវត្តមានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមដោយឯកឧត្តម អូស្មាន ហាស្សាន់ ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស និងជាអនុប្រធាន គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. ឯកឧត្តម ឈួន ដារ៉ា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រតិភូអមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារអន្តរក្រសួងសិក្សាជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍផលិតផលឧស្សាហកម្ម និងចំណីអាហារហាឡាលនៅកម្ពុជា ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ក្របខ័ណ្ឌតំបន់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិសេស ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាអនុប្រធាន និងជាសមាជិក សមាជិកា នៃគ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. ដែលអញ្ជើញមកពីតំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ដើម្បីបន្តនូវនិរន្តភាពបេសកកម្មជំរុញ និងលើកកម្ពស់គោលនយោបាយនិងដំណើរការតួនាទីភារកិច្ចរបស់ខ្លួន ដោយកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានពិភាក្សា និងផ្តល់ធាតុចូលលើសេចក្តីព្រាងចំនួន ២ រួមមាន៖ ក). សេចក្តីព្រាងបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងស្ដីពីរបៀបរបបការងារ របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការត្រួតពិនិត្យផលិតផលហាឡាលកម្ពុជា ខ). សេចក្តីព្រាងប្រកាសស្តីពីការដាក់ពាក្យស្នើសុំវិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ជាក់បច្ចេកទេសស្តង់ដារផលិតផលហាឡាលកម្ពុជា (កែសម្រួលមាត្រា៤)។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ក៏មានចូលរួមធ្វើបទអន្តរាគមន៍ និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់ ពីឯកឧត្តម អូស្មាន ហាស្សាន់ ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស ឯកឧត្តម ឈួន ដារ៉ា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រតិភូអមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាអនុប្រធាន និងជាសមាជិក សមាជិកា នៃគ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. លើការជំរុញកិច្ចការហាឡាលនៅកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីធានានូវការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មការនាំចេញ ផលិតផលហាឡាលកម្ពុជា ទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ ជាពិសេសប្រទេសមូស្លីមឱ្យបានកាន់តែច្រើន។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាប្រធាន គ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. បានណែនាំឱ្យលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន និងក្រុមឯកទេសផលិតផលហាឡាល នៃគ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. ពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពសិក្សាលើការធ្វើវិសោធនកម្មអនុក្រឹត្យស្តីការរៀបចំ និងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការត្រួតពិនិត្យផលិតផលហាឡាលកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីឱ្យមានសង្គតិភាព និងជំរុញឱ្យកិច្ចការហាឡាលនៅកម្ពុជាកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន ក៏ដូចជាបន្តលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចការហាឡាលនៅកម្ពុជាតាមរយៈការផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីអត្ថប្រយោជន៍របស់ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មហាឡាល ដែលជាផលិតផលមានស្តង់ដារគុណភាពខ្ពស់ និងគោរពតាមគោលការណ៍សាសនាឥស្លាម ដល់ធុរជន និងអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ ឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយ និងបន្តរៀបចំបទប្បញ្ញត្តិបច្ចេកទេសពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងកិច្ចការហាឡាល និងសិក្សាស្វែងយល់អំពីឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍អន្តរជាតិ នៃប្រព័ន្ធហាឡាលក្នុងតំបន់និងអន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងគោលបំណងស្វែងរកអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ឬកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទទួលស្គាល់ រវាងគ.ត.ផ.ហ.ក. និងស្ថាប័នហាឡាលអន្តរជាតិ។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Wednesday, 4 September 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce and Chairperson of the CHSC, presided over the CHSC’s meeting, with participants from His Excellency Oknha Datuk Othsman Hassan, Senior Minister in Charge of Special Mission, His Excellency Chhuon Dara, Minister attached to the Prime Minister of Cambodia and Chairman of the Cambodian Government Inter-Ministerial Task Force on Halal Production Development under the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) framework, Excellencies Vice-President, and members from representatives of relevant ministries and institutions.
During the occasion, to maintain the mission of promoting and enhancing the policy and the performance of its duties and responsibilities, the meeting deliberated and provided feedback on two drafts, such as, a). Draft the Internal Rules of the Cambodian Halal Steering Committee (CHSC), and b). Draft Prakas on the Application for the Certificate of Cambodia Halal Product Technical Standard (Adjustment of Article 4).
The meeting also involved the intervention and exchange of initiative ideas from His Excellency Oknha Datuk Othsman Hassan, Senior Minister in Charge of Special Mission, His Excellency Chhuon Dara, Minister attached to the Prime Minister of Cambodia and Chairman of the Cambodian Government Inter-Ministerial Task Force on Halal Production Development under the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) framework, Excellencies Vice-President, and members from representatives of relevant ministries and institutions, which pave the way for Halal matters in Cambodia to ensure the diversification of Cambodian Halal product circulation to international markets, especially in Muslim countries.
In the the meeting, Her Excellency Minister and Chairperson of the CHSC, instructed the Secretariat and Halal Technical Working Group of the CHSC to examine the feasibility study of the amendment of the Sub-Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the Cambodian Halal Steering Committee to push Halal matters in Cambodia efficiently, as well as to keep progressing on enhancing awareness of the Halal Products and Services that recognized as high standard and comply with Islamic/Shariah principles, and establish technical regulations related to Halal matters and research the International Best Practices of the Regional and International Halal System to seek a possibility for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) between the CHSC and Foreign Halal Institutions.
