Director-General of ANA meets with Malaysian Ambassador to Cambodia

Shaharuddin On, the Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Cambodia (right) and Hang Peou, the Director-General of the APSARA National Authority.

Hang Peou, the Director-General of the APSARA National Authority (ANA), met productively with Shaharuddin On, the Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Cambodia, on Monday afternoon.

The ANA’s news statement stated that the discussion highlighted the significant contributions made by Malaysian institutions in the past to the management of the Angkor site.

ANA added that both parties explored opportunities for future collaboration on conservation and development projects aimed at preserving and enhancing the Angkor heritage.
